As a family-owned business, we are renowned for our high-quality Mexican coffee, harvested exclusively by women in Chiapas, Mexico. We are a family-owned establishment that offers more than just a place to enjoy coffee. Our café is deeply rooted in family values, with our children often helping out during vacations and weekends. This personal touch is reflected in every aspect of our business, from the warm atmosphere to the quality of our offerings.
In 2009, we began our journey in the coffee industry, initially managing catering at a local coffee shop. A year later, we both worked as baristas at another café, which we eventually closed and cleaned as janitors. Our daughter, who was just a toddler, often accompanied us, exploring the café and helping in her own small ways. Her early interest in coffee extended to making drinks for her preschool teachers.
